Alignment by design
Mountain Mall Chiropractic Care in Hedgeton, Ontario has a big reputation in their small town community, so taking over the business was a big task for new owner Gary Windman when he took over the practice in 2023.
Despite being a nearly 40 year old business, they're never had an official logo, just the words "Mountain Mall Chiropractors" in Times New Roman on everything.
Gary saw this as an opportunity to modernize the business, while keeping the traditional practices alive and well.
DESIGNING THE BRAND
The first move we made while rebranding, was suggesting changing the name from "Mountain Mall Chiropractors" to "Mountain Mall Chiropractic Care".
Up next was the logo, we designed a simple abstract logo of a hand and a spine, representing chiropractic treatment. Extending the brand we created a colour palette of calming blues to represent healing. Finally, we moved the brand away from Times New Roman in favour of using Montserrat as their new type face.
We rounded off the rebrand by designing assets for the business including business cards, appointment reminder cards, brochures, window decals, and a sign for above their reception desk.
